- Please book inbound flights that arrive at Denver International Airport between 10 am and 2 pm MT.
- If you are dropping your student off on campus on January 22, it must be between no earlier than 1 pm and before 5 pm MT.
Orientation and expedition preparation

First Expedition: Canyons of Southeastern Utah

Classes begin on campus

Ski Expedition: Sawatch and Mosquito Ranges, Colorado

Family Weekend
Friday, April 4- Saturday, April 5
- Details for Family Weekend will be shared in February. You can tentatively plan for programming to begin Friday evening at 5 pm MT.
- Students can stay with their families off-campus Friday and Saturday evenings, with all students departing campus for Spring Break the morning of Sunday, April 6.
Spring Break (all students depart)
Sunday, April 6 – Sunday, April 13
- Outbound flights from Denver International Airport on Sunday, April 6 should be booked to depart between 11:30 am – 4 pm MT.
- Incoming flights to Denver International Airport on Sunday, April 13 should be booked to arrive between 10 am – 2 pm MT
- HMI will provide transportation to and from the airport for any student flying out/in for Spring Break.
- If you are dropping your student off on campus on April 13, it must be between no earlier than 1 pm and before 5 pm MT.
