Hazel grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota and studied Environmental Studies at Carleton College. She has spent the past summers guiding canoe and backpacking trips in the Boundary Waters and is excited to get to know the mountains of Colorado. In her free time she enjoys knitting, playing music, running, and playing hockey.
