Margot grew up in Red Lodge, Montana, and comes to HMI from Bozeman, where she earned a B.A. in Sustainable Food Systems from Montana State University. During her time at MSU, she worked for the Outdoor Recreation Program as both a trip leader and rental shop manager, experiences that sparked her passion for outdoor education. Margot also served as the head coach for the Bridger Ski Foundation’s Intro nordic skiing program. She is excited to explore the mountains around Leadville this summer and spend time in a new state!
