To enroll:

Step 1: Complete this form to confirm interest. A member of the admissions team will follow up to confirm your spot has reserved.

Step 2: Within two weeks of enrollment please return a deposit of $500 and complete the following forms: 

• Risk and Release Agreement
• Enrollment Agreement
• General Medical History Form

The deposit can be paid online via ACH or by mailing a check. To pay online, email finance@hminet.org and mention “Educator’s Expedition” to request an invoice. Checks can be mailed to:

Step 3: By May 15th, please return the remainder of your tuition and the following forms:

• Health Insurance Information
• Contact Information
• Travel Information
• Health Care Provider Physical Form
