Gabi (she/her) grew up surrounded by the tropical flora and fauna of coastal South Florida. She attended Occidental College in Los Angeles, where she studied Psychology and Comparative Studies through Literature and Culture. She first joined HMI as an intern in 2019 and has called Leadville home ever since. Gabi has worked for the summer term, semester, and gap year programs and is looking forward to returning as the writing curriculum head this summer. In her spare time, Gabi enjoys climbing, skiing, and baking elaborate desserts with her friends.
