To enroll:

Step 1: Email HMI Summer Programs, (summerdirector@hminet.org) to reserve your spot.

Step 2: Within two weeks of enrollment please return a non-refundable deposit of $500 and complete the following forms: 

• Risk and Release Agreement
• Enrollment Agreement
• General Medical History Form

The deposit can be paid online via ACH or by mailing a check. To pay online, email finance@hminet.org and mention “Educator’s Expedition” to request an invoice. Checks can be mailed to:

Step 3: By May 15th, please return the remainder of your tuition and the following forms:

• Health Insurance Information
• Contact Information
• Travel Information
• Health Care Provider Physical Form
